Khalilah M. Weston, MD, MPH

*Neurology + Interventional Pain Management

Consistent with the philosophy of integrative medicine, Dr. Weston’s approach to treating patients hinges on the importance of evaluating the patient as a whole and tailoring specific treatment modalities to each person’s health concerns in order to assist them in achieving pain relief and balance in their lives.

Dr. Weston is a graduate of Howard University Medical Center. She trained in neurology at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she served as chief resident, then completed a fellowship in pain management at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Weston joined the department of Neurology at NorthShore University Health System, Chicago, IL where she specialized in treating headache, mechanical and neuropathic pain. During this time, she also served as associate professor of medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals where she was responsible for training Neurology residents.


Paul Kalloghlian, DC

Dr. Kalloghlian believes the body must be treated as a whole, and that almost everyone can benefit  from chiropractic care as a method for treating pain or preventing it by ensuring the spine is functioning optimally.  Dr. Kalloghlian focuses on restoring, preserving and optimizing health by natural, hands on care.


Dr. Kalloghlian is a graduate of National Health Sciences University, Chicago, IL.  He also has studied the practices of traditional Chinese medicine. Before moving to St. Petersburg, he owned a private Chiropractic practice in Montreal for 14 years, seeing patients with a myriad of musculoskeletal ailments.


Elizabeth Samuelson, LPT, MS

Elizabeth received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Duke University. She is a licensed physical therapist, well-versed in a broad range of programming, treatments and modalities for restoring function and mitigating injuries and disability.  Elizabeth specializes in outpatient therapy, pain management techniques and therapeutic exercise. Before joining Aria, Elizabeth practiced at well-known physical therapy centers in Durham, NC and Atlanta, GA. Recent professional development includes courses in Orthopedic Physical Assessment for Pelvis and Hip; Manual Therapy; and Treating a Runner: Running Mechanics, Common Injuries, Treatment and Training.
